This is a real example of a monthly activity schedule sent as an image. It contains all the activities for the month. Fazhan reads through every row, extracts the details, and designs a poster for each activity.

Priority-Based Workflow

How Tasks Are Prioritised

Fazhan operates a priority-based workflow with parallel task management. Tasks are not processed strictly in the order they arrive. Simpler tasks move ahead. Complex tasks run in the background without blocking others.

This means a quick update submitted after a large job will go live sooner — not because the large job is ignored, but because the queue is managed by complexity, not by arrival time.

The 24–48 hour turnaround applies to complete, ready-to-publish materials only. If you send final images and details, Fazhan gets to work immediately. If your task requires Fazhan to download, filter, or select images on your behalf, please expect a longer turnaround. You are always welcome to give extra instructions — Fazhan will help and do the best to complete it as soon as possible.

Important: Two separate jobs

Technical support and content updates run on separate clocks. They do not affect each other.

Example: You send your schedule at 10:00 AM and the 24 to 48 hour clock starts. At 4:00 PM the screen goes down and Fazhan fixes it by 5:00 PM. The system is running again — but the content is still due within 24 to 48 hours from 10:00 AM. Fixing the system and completing the content are two different jobs.

Fazhan follows a clear step-by-step process. Here is exactly what to expect.

Remote Inspection
Fazhan will first inspect the problem remotely to identify the cause. Most software and system issues can be resolved without physically touching the unit. No action is required from the client at this stage.

Client Couriers the Unit to Fazhan
If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, the client will be asked to pack the Intel-based Mini PC and courier it to Fazhan for physical inspection. All courier costs both ways are borne by the client.

Manufacturer Warranty Repair
If the unit requires hardware repair or replacement covered under manufacturer warranty, Fazhan will send it directly to the manufacturer. The time taken for repair or replacement is determined entirely by the manufacturer. Fazhan cannot provide an exact repair date or timeline as this is outside Fazhan's control.

If a spare unit is available
Fazhan will provide a spare Intel-based Mini PC so your screen can continue running while the original unit is being repaired. Subject to availability.

If no spare unit is available
The screen will be down until the repaired unit is returned. Fazhan will keep the client informed throughout the entire process.

Good to know before you start

Fazhan can supply and set up a complete system for a one-time cost of RM3,000. This includes the Intel-based Mini PC, Logitech Wireless Mouse, HDMI Cable, and Network Cable. TV screen and installation are not included.
Fazhan can supply a 4G LTE WiFi Router and SIM Card for a one-time cost of RM300. This keeps your system connected without the need for fixed broadband.

The monthly telco data subscription is a separate ongoing charge not included in Fazhan's RM100 service fee. Installation of the router is also not included.
Perfect. It is straightforward and anyone can do it. Simply connect the Intel-based Mini PC to your TV using the included HDMI cable — it is exactly the same as connecting a CPU to a monitor or a laptop to a projector. No qualified audio/video wiring contractor needed. Just plug in and you are ready.
You will need an HDMI Switch and HDMI Splitter to distribute the display signal across multiple screens. You will also need a qualified audio/video wiring contractor to handle the cabling properly.
