Ini adalah orang yang
Fazhan wujud untuk bantu.
10 Screens. 3 Channels. 1 Operator.
The Right Content. The Right Audience.
The Right Location.
This is not a diagram about technology. This is a diagram about intentionality. Every screen in this layout was placed with a purpose. Every channel was designed for a specific person standing in a specific location. This is the thinking behind every single month of Fazhan's work. Most committees install 10 screens and display the same poster on all of them simultaneously. That is 10 missed opportunities every single day.

3 Separate Channels
Not just posters. Not just content updates. What RM100 buys is someone who thinks about who is standing in front of which screen — and makes sure each screen shows exactly what that person needs to see.
A contractor installs the screens and leaves. An AJK member has a full-time job and does not live near the masjid. A graphic designer makes beautiful posters but has never thought about which zone they go into.
Managing 3 separate content channels across 10 screens — consistently, every month, correctly — is the real work. The posters are the output. The zoning is the thinking.
What Fazhan does
Three layers.
One person. One price.
Most people only see the poster on the screen. What they do not see is three layers of work happening behind it every single month.
A graphic designer handles one layer.
Fazhan handles all three.

Fazhan's Portfolio
Distance-Optimized Designs.
Clear. Concise. Readable in 5 Seconds.
These are real posters made for Fazhan's clients — produced remotely, published directly to their screens.
All posters are produced remotely based on materials sent by the client.
How to submit
Send Fazhan the details.
Any way you like.
No special format required. Use whatever is easiest for you.
Send your full monthly activity schedule as a PDF. Fazhan reads through every activity, extracts the details, and designs a poster for each one.
Photo or screenshot of a printed or digital schedule. As long as the text is clear and readable, Fazhan can work from it.
For single updates or last-minute changes, just WhatsApp the details in plain text. That is all Fazhan needs.
Not in the mood to type? Just record a voice message and send it through WhatsApp. Speak the activity name, date, and speaker name. That is enough for Fazhan to get started.
Real example
What a PDF or Image looks like
This is a real example of a monthly activity schedule sent as an image. It contains all the activities for the month. Fazhan reads through every row, extracts the details, and designs a poster for each activity.
What a WhatsApp text message looks like
Clients communicate with Fazhan entirely through WhatsApp. Whether it is a full weekly schedule or a single last-minute change, a simple message is all it takes. These are two real examples from actual client conversations.
What a WhatsApp voice message looks like
Sometimes a client records a quick voice message instead of typing. It is just as easy for Fazhan to work from. Press play to hear a real example.
Understanding Response Times
Final Input. Ensure Accuracy. Latest Idea.
The 24 to 48 hour turnaround begins from the moment Fazhan receives your last and complete set of details — not your first message. Fazhan waits for all details before starting. Sending activity details in multiple messages delays the clock — and delays your posters.
Best practice: Send all activity details at once in a single message or file. The more you send in separate messages over several hours, the later the clock starts — and the later your posters will be ready.
Priority-Based Workflow
How Tasks Are Prioritised
Fazhan operates a priority-based workflow with parallel task management. Tasks are not processed strictly in the order they arrive. Simpler tasks move ahead. Complex tasks run in the background without blocking others.
This means a quick update submitted after a large job will go live sooner — not because the large job is ignored, but because the queue is managed by complexity, not by arrival time.
The 24–48 hour turnaround applies to complete, ready-to-publish materials only. If you send final images and details, Fazhan gets to work immediately. If your task requires Fazhan to download, filter, or select images on your behalf, please expect a longer turnaround. You are always welcome to give extra instructions — Fazhan will help and do the best to complete it as soon as possible.
| Task | Description | Received | Expected | Completed |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Task 1 |
Add 15 posters for 15 programs. Extra instruction: Download 431 images from 15 separate links, filter out images containing women, select 8 best images per program. |
Mon 5:18PM First material: Mon 12:19PM |
Wed 5:18PM | Fri 5:18PM 2 days beyond expected — due to extra instructions, not standard turnaround. |
| Task 2 |
Add 9 posters for 9 activities (18–24 May): 6 Kuliah Maghrib, 1 Forum Khas, 1 Tazkirah Jumaat, 1 Kuliah Subuh. No extra instruction. Complete materials received. |
Mon 6:15PM | Wed 6:15PM | Same day 7:18PM Completed within 1 hour 3 minutes. |
| Task 3 |
Add 1 poster for 1 activity on 24 May: 1 Kuliah Subuh. No extra instruction. Complete materials received. |
Mon 6:59PM | Wed 6:59PM | Same day 7:18PM Completed within 19 minutes. |
| Task 4 |
Update kuliah topic — 1 poster for 1 Kuliah Subuh on 24 May. No extra instruction. Complete materials received. |
Mon 7:43PM | Wed 7:43PM | Next day 8:32AM Completed within 12 hours 49 minutes. |
| Task 5 |
Add 1 ready-made poster provided by client. No extra instruction. Complete materials received. |
Tue 1:16PM | Thu 1:16PM | Same day 2:16PM Completed within 1 hour. |
What these examples show: Tasks 2, 3, 4, and 5 — all with complete materials and no extra instructions — were completed hours, not days ahead of the expected deadline. Task 1 took longer because the materials were not ready to publish at the time of submission. The more complete your submission, the faster your posters go live on screen.
Design Philosophy
Built for screens.
Not for print.
Most graphic designers create content for social media or print — material people read up close, at their own pace. Fazhan designs exclusively for screens viewed from a distance.
Full transparency
Not a graphic
design agency
Fazhan is not a graphic design agency — and will not pretend to be. Here is a transparent comparison to ensure there are no surprises.
| What you are looking at | Graphic Designer | Fazhan |
|---|---|---|
| Design style | Creative, unique, visually impressive | Simple, functional, built for screens |
| Template | Different layout for each poster | Fixed template, only content changes |
| Designed for | Print, social media, close-up reading | Digital screens, distance viewing |
| Strength | Beautiful artwork | Reliable, consistent, on-time delivery |
| System management | Not included | Fully included |

Availability
No office hours.
Day or night.
Fazhan does not operate like a regular office. No 9AM to 5PM. No waiting until Monday morning. Here is what that means for you.
Important: Two separate jobs
Technical support and content updates run on separate clocks. They do not affect each other.
Example: You send your schedule at 10:00 AM and the 24 to 48 hour clock starts. At 4:00 PM the screen goes down and Fazhan fixes it by 5:00 PM. The system is running again — but the content is still due within 24 to 48 hours from 10:00 AM. Fixing the system and completing the content are two different jobs.
